As a prenatal chiropractic patient, you automatically gain exclusive access to our maternal support nurse, Elly Bowman, an RN certified in fertility, birth and postpartum care ready to guide and support you every step of the way, from the moment you find out you're pregnant through those first weeks home with baby. Many of these services are provided at no additional cost.

Maternal Support Nurse
Elly is a Registered Nurse and Certified Maternal Support Practitioner with a passion for supporting families through their journey to parenthood and beyond. No matter what type of experience you are hoping for, she is dedicated in getting you there!
After a profound experience of infertility resulting in an IVF pregnancy, a premature delivery and postpartum challenges, her passion to work with families during this transformative and vulnerable time was reignited. She felt called to supporting other women on their unique and deeply personal journeys.
After becoming pregnant with her second child in 2021, she decided to take the plunge into birthwork and became certified in fertility, birth, and postpartum doula care, making it her mission to empower, support, and advocate for women and their families within the community.
Her commitment to our patients is rooted in the belief that every woman deserves an empowering, autonomous, and supported birth and postpartum experience. Through her own trials, triumphs, and tireless research, she's cultivated a wealth of knowledge to share. She has a deep-seated desire to be a guiding light for those navigating the beautiful yet challenging path of parenthood.
Together, Dr. Jamie and Elly hope to create a community where support, empowerment, and shared wisdom flourish – because every woman deserves to embrace the miracle of birth and parenthood with confidence and grace.

Postpartum Support
Our program extends support into the postpartum phase, ensuring a smooth transition. We continue to address your physical recovery and emotional well-being as you navigate the early stages of motherhood and offer in-home nurse visits for those who need just a bit more hands-on support in the early days and weeks.
